A tribute to Aslan and Christy Dignam in particular from U2.
Great song, but proves to me what I’ve always said about U2.
They are the most successful Irish rock band ever, but I could name at least a dozen better that anyone outside of Ireland, probably haven’t heard of.
The hEdge’s guitar work is always the same and monotonous after a while.
Nobody sang it like Christy, though.
Charismatic, he always held the audience in the palm of his hand.
