No, standing is not allowed at premier league grounds and is very unlikely to ever be, unless large numbers get behind the Safe Standing campaign.

Germany allow it, though only for league matches.

Is there any way we can have a big Fans zone out side the stadium ie a big beer tent for home fans only. Yes I know we have this new market street type thing but it is not the same

Good effort from the club to put these evenings on but it generally just ends up being a big PR exercise, with Danny Wilson fielding the same questions about "Operation One End" and "can we install the six pint pulling machines"
