Not many revealing questions to be honest. Lot's of rather tedioius questions to Tevez along the lines of "who do you think is better: City or United?" Tevez: "City" - cue rapturous applause.
Having said that Tevez gave a brave answer to someone's question about players staying behind to salute the crowd after the final whistle. Essentially he said that, yes, the players should do this but that it also works both ways and that he and the other players notice when fans leave before the final whistle and that it would be good if they could also stay behind to cheer on the team right to the end.
The head of infrastucture explained that expansion plans for Eastlands are only in the early stages but that planning applications had had to be submitted now, prior to an election. He hinted that the club would have preferred to have kept it quiet for the time being but that it had been made public because of the involvement of the City Council.

Agreed. I absolutely love the guy, thought he was brilliant tonight. Seems like a really genuine lad.

There's a moratoruim on planning applications until after the election. Any applications had to be in by 18th Feb. Probably only City Street will be ready for the start of next season. There's been a lot of research done (understandably) to make sure that we know exactly what will make this one of, if not the best grounds/training facilities in the world. The plan is that you will want to turn up to spend a day not just three hours on match day.
We have learned from mistakes made by other clubs, including Spurs and the Arse with regards to training facilities.
We need to remember that these things will not happen overnight. There will be planning inquiries needed for many of the proposed changes.
We have a 250 year lease on the ground, and so it is, effectively ours.

Oh and Tevez put his hand up to ask a question (lol) he said he'd like more fan interaction as they enter the ground as they currently drive their cars straight under the ground past the fans and dont see any support until the come out of the tunnel.
Dont get it thought the carpark was right next to the stadium at ground level wheres the tunnel!!!

Just opposite the pub Maine Road there is a little road that runs next to the athletics track , it leads to a tunnel under the stadium .
