the stewards at the turnstiles, and the bell ends behind the barrier... i got in on the 17th minute and i was at turnstile M at 7.25pm... complete and utter wankers...

Anyone thought this may be due to the possibility that posts were put on here about taking smoke bombs? Police, opposition clubs etc are always looking for clues to any issues which may arise at an upcoming game, the smoke bomb thread was hardly hidden was it?

There was a bad crash on the M62 that was causing congestion on the motorway so a lot of fans arrived just before the kick off. The police outside weren't helping matters though. One office on horseback, in particular, was an absolute cock and was spoiling for a fight.
Every fan being frisked on the way in made things worse.

got to the ground at 7 30 and it was a nightmare. There was a serious potential of a crush so we told a copper to radio for help. His response was to tell us to shut up or he would arrest us! I have his police ID and i will be reporting him to Merseyside Police tomorrow. Fortunately a LFC steward turned up and took control, he was a top guy who I thanked at half time, the copper just scarpered. Well officer 5061 your card is marked and I will be following this up. All we did was try and help and you threatened us with arrest. Pathetic!

missed the first 15 minutes because stewards insisted on searchng every single person and your ticket was only valid for one turnstile.

This.... they had the sense at lest to stop searching everyone after about the first 10 mins of the game, but by that time it was chaos, cocks.
