Fans on the pitch at Bradford 1989 pictures

Myself and a pal were just to the side of the goal in the City section, it was really packed and quite difficult to veiw the game (not being tall) so we decided to climb up the stanchion and watch from high up, it was a perfect veiw from there but hard work holding on .......final whistle was brilliant all on the pitch to celebrate with the players, great day that.

Bill Williams? How / why did his signature get on there?
He joined us in October 88 and returned to County 2 months later in December 88.

A couple of my mates drove over to Bradford a few days before and slipped a few quid to a local to buy them tickets from the ticket office. Presumably you had to prove you had a local address

You had to have a membership card to get a ticket and being the last game the bastards put a hole punch through it so you couldn’t use it again ............. went down to get mine on the Friday before the game a few blues down there already trying to get tickets ......... I was gonna actually get one until the stadium manager bollocked me :( let’s just say the blues in question weren’t discreet
