FAO MODS/RIC

I am a city fan

First game (think it was 96/97 season), city v oldham , 1-0 score, Uwe Rossler scored the goal, ran round the pitch, and got booked for it.

Think there was a stupid amount of added time too, with quite a few restless fans wanting the referee to "blow his ******* whistle"

Give me a break... Derby County.... Couldn't win an argument, never mind a football match.

Yes, I do go and watch Buxton sometimes, it is a good day out, and helps out a local team.

Stretford Red Sox: Do I sound like I'm from London, Taiwan etc?

Hi All,

I am currently in my final year at Derby University, studying Business Studies, and also an avid city fan :)

One of my final modules is Services Marketing, where I am going to look into the relationship marketing attempts at City.

My question is would it be ok to post on online survey on here for members to fill in for me, to improve my reliability of findings, and also gain an insight into what the fans really think.

The survey will be based around a standard customer satisfaction and servqual survey. I haven't had the chance to knock it up yet, thanks to my dissertation, but should be able to do it this weekend.

Also, if anybody has any contacts with supporter services etc. at the club, I would be grateful for their direct contact questions, so I can fire a couple of questions at them.

Thanks in advance,

John.

Ha ha

I went to Derby Uni and did a Business Studies degree. Who's teaching you. Is Julie Hilton still there. She was really fit, but that was then. I left in 98...

Yeah, she is still there. She runs the dissertation module (I do Business too). She's getting on now, though.

She is also the meant to be doing this module (services marketing) but got someone called Sue Diston now. She quite good though.

What a nice way to greet a member who had asked very politely.
Ric posted just after you so he must have seen it, did he reprimand you. ??

obviously a joke

I took it on the chin.

I plan to send my research to the club afterwards, so the more who participate once I've completed designing the questionnaire, the more benefits it could have for everyone.
