Just wondering who people reckon we should go for due to Gareth Bale now signing a new contract and Eden Hazard obviously joining Chelsea. I was thinking of Iker Muniain as a good option after actually seeing him a good few times in Europe last season and he was a really pacey talent. Or Robben?..

Pedro!!!!

Munian is still very young and a work in progress. He needs to play regularly for a few years before he reach his potential.

If you are referring to an out and out winger that is likely to sprint down the line and knock a ball in, it isn't going to happen.

It is obvious that Mancini will always set his "wingers" up to cut inside and the full backs to provide the threat from the width.

Yeah I do agree. Any chance of us getting Pedro or any talk?..

Pedro please! I think Munain would be Mancini's perfect player if he could be prised from Bilbao though. Lots more to come from him in a footballing sense but his desire and work rate are very impressive. Always tracking back to nick the ball.

Shit Navas and Pedro could be a goer.

Have to laugh at how clueless some people on here are....

Pedro?

The man is Barca through and through, he haven't a hope of signing him.

For all those thinking that we might have a chance in signing pedro....no fecking way. Just cant see it.

That ramirez guy can play as a winger and looks pretty nippers. I really want Lavezzi but unless we can prevent him from moving to PSG he's a gonner. Wingers are a rare breed these days. But without doubt we need more pace down the flanks, i think this should be our primary concern. Sometimes we didnt have a plan B in matches like Everton away, Stoke away etc...Some real width and pace to stretch teams will make us even harder to defend against.

Navas will never leave Spain. Heavily documented that he gets terrible homesickness, which used to affect him going on national duty, it was that bad.

Shame as he looks a cracking player, but really can't see it.

I think Adam Johnson can still make it if he is given the same chance and confidence from Mancini as much Balotelli gets.

Adam Johnson could never do what Balo has done. He's just not gifted enough around the 18. Decent left foot. Some step overs and he's found out.
