Favourite aftershave/perfume

Never heard of this before (i thought Paul Smith London was dead posh) but my daughter treated me to Layton by Parfums de Marly for my last Birthday. Its bloody gorgeous, spray it on and it lingers for ages. Like you say, not cheap by any means and ive never paid anywhere near that money to smell nice, but when its gone im getting another!

Top notes of bergamot and apple, base notes of vanilla, pepper, guaiac wood and patchouli…. Masculine and the wife loves it.

I only use a bit and people around me comment. Its changed my life.

Ok it hasnt really but its a stunning sniff.
 
Maison Francis is a great bottle

I've got the a la rose bottle and it's the best I've had

Also shout outs for Dior Sauvage and Chanel Bleu which are a lot easier on the wallet

My nephew remarked i was wearing cool water when i had GIT on a few days ago. I beleve the sound from the slap i gave him is just passing jupiter now. Such a lovely fragrance.

Defo on the list is Layton. Hey if the missus likes it then its worth it hehe. PDM are a great house.
 
Been on a bit of a spree recently.

Amouage Interlude Black Iris - Got this as opposed to regular interlude as original interlude is such a specific scent i could not justify the cost for the 2-3 times in my life i will find an occasion to wear it.

Amouage Jubilation XXV - If the word "class" had a scent this would be it! brilliant stuff. Not cheap but so good.

Amouage Bracken - Great stuff again, like walking through a wet woodland with cedar and other trees with freshly cut branches over the floor.

Xerjoff Naxos - Probably the brightest cleanest tobacco scnet there is smothered in honey.

Roja Dove Vetiver parfum cologne - Very clean and linear scent, perfect for the office.

Tom Ford Tuscan Leather Intense - Spicy leather, great stuff, discontinued!

Got 5 more Xerjoff ones to but not even had time to try them really. Got a great deal for a bunch of testers of them.
 
I currently use Urban Hero by Jimmy Choo - I'm told by gals that it's great.

A mate of mine at uni had a bottle of aftershave called "PUB"... it wasn't!
