Does anybody use any online sites for buying aftershave which they can recommend please??

I'm after some Acqua Di Gio by Armani and have seen it cheaper online than the high street - just wary if the products are genuine or not??

My Dad has used this stuff since the early 90’s. Every single year he wants it for Father’s Day or birthday etc. I’ve tried to educate him that this is piss in a bottle but he won’t have it! Even its Name is fukin shit! Like some 80s dating program. I refuse to buy it anymore. I can not put this on the counter of home bargains and hand my hard earned over for this poison.

My last two were Bulgari Man (Wood version - still a bit left) & Valentino Uomo.
Recently purchased a bottle of Virde Redux by Soma Parfums (I know the guy who runs this - sent me a bunch of samples and gave me a nice discount.
It's classed as a 'Barbershop fougere'.

Still not sure I've found my perfect scent yet....I suspect it will be something like Creed of one of the Tom Ford ones, but they ache with price.
Do like the deeper, woody scents and the Bulgari is firm fave still.

Any other suggestions?

Anyone tired the 'copies' doing the rounds or is there a reason they're so very cheap?

Use to slap a bit of Channel Homme sport on in me going out days, even the blokes liked it, got some off the “no splash no gash” fella in Yates Liverpool bogs for nostalgia last year, missus wouldn’t leave me alone for the rest of the night….it’s got magic powers that stuff

Looking for a new scent next month.
Last few have been the following:

1: BVLGARI Man Wood Essence Eau de Parfum
(love this and use it sparingly but is running low)


2: Valentino UOMO INTENSE


3: Soma parfums Virde Redux - this is from somone I know (huge perfume nerd who's started his own perfum company). This was a Fougere/barbershop style perfume. I really liked it after having a few samples so bouhgt a bottle (got a good deal tbf) but I don't have that strong sense of wearing something special (perhaps common with thiis type of scent) but I could barely smell it on myself....like I wasn't wesring anything,

I love the Tom Ford and Creeds but those boys are top dollar.

Savage Dior seems a little too fruity and so commonplace.

Want to short list five then spray them on different parts of my arms before wandering around for a couple of hours to see how they evolve (or disappear).

Any recommends?
