Whats yours?

I like extra mature cheddar, brie, Pont-l'Évêque, Danish blue, stilton and fetta all to be consumed with a good strong red wine and some fig or pear chutney, and some crackers. My favourite late supper.

Stilton is the king of cheeses!! Beautiful on a cracker with a glass of John Smiths or a Merlot .............. I can't believe we're talking about cheese!! LOL!

we have discovered a spicy cheese that we buy in newton abbot..its just some bloke who makes his own and its feckin lovely

Definitely, cannot beat a good Chambertain, but do you like your Camembert fresh or slightly runny?
