Amsterdam - Superb. Easy to travel around and theres a lot more to it than women and drugs!
Berlin - Easy to get around, friendly people and very cosmpolitan.
Krakow - Great buildings a lot of history, cheap, a great town square.
Madrid - Much better than Barcelona in my opinion. A lot more history to discover.
Newcastle Upon Tyne - It's where I live, compact and very lively.
Tallinn - Underrated, beautiful, cheap and clean.

Oh and Manchester of course!

Hong Kong - Fantastic nightlife.. Lan kwai Fong & Wanchai.
Manila - Great history, great people and the night life
New York - Probably my favourite, so much to do.
Ho Chi Min (Saigon) - Fascinating history, nice people
Prague - Breathtakingly beautiful city
Seoul - so different to anywhere I've been. Good night life & nice women!
Jakarta - love indonesia...

Don't think I've seen Budapest get a mention yet.have heard from some people it's a very beautiful City,nightlife sounds good as well.
