Nicky Weaver - great keeper for us and the celebration round Wembley is iconic

Zabba - absolute warrior - honourable mention to Richard Edghill who was the scapegoat for many but he was city through and through and always gave 100%

Andy Morrison - Captain and leader who dragged us up kicking and screaming

Vincent Kompany - monster and THAT goal says it all

Danny Tiatto - another warrior and just for trying the snap Phil Neville in two is enough

SWP - carried out club for seasons and was unplayable on his day

Super Kevin Horlock - wand of left foot and just got the club and the fans back then

Gio - worth the entry fee alone was Kinky, probably one of, if not the most gifted of players I’ve seen at City - ball glued to his foot and a shining star amongst absolute dross around him

Ali B - had to get this guy in the team, can only imagine how good he was 10 years before we got him. Him and Berkovic were quality

Uwe Rosler - my hero growing up, always had Rosler 28 on my shirts

Shaun Goater - knew how to put the ball in the net and was a great for us at the time too

When you say "that goal," which "that goal" do you mean.

Against the rags or against Leicester? Both were equally as important in their own way.

I’ll be honest, I completely forgot about the header vs the rags so meant the Leicester wonder goal …… I shall sit in the corner and think about what I’ve done

I thought you probably meant the one against Leicester.

It was such a spectacular effort, and it was travelling at such a velocity that it hit the net, before anyone had time to react.

Usually, supporters behind the goal are cheering, as the ball is on its way into the goal, but not on this occasion.
 
Very difficult but I have chosen players that really enjoyed watching. I could pick another two teams and be happy with them.

Ederson - the ball playing and the assists plus the save in the chumps league final
Zaba - a real cult hero
Hendry - a real buccaneering player. Reid was a foo for falling out with him.
Kompany - leadership and vital goals. If he had not had so many injuries his profile outside City would be far higher.
Hinchcliffe - he might be an enormous twat as a pundit but he was a great attacking left back and took the best corners of any City player I have seen live.
Fernandinho - another cult hero. He could have been a great box to box midfielder but was happy to play as a DM to allow the likes of Yaya, Silva and KdB to shine.
McNab - just loved him especially during the 88/89 promotion season.
Dave - sublime
Bernado - probably my favourite ever player.
Mario - nuts in the best way
Rosler - cult hero

We’ve always had average at best, left backs.
Phelan isn’t particularly a player I think of often or is really a favourite of mine but the consolation goal v Spurs, his speed, and he was one of the few players we had representing us at WC94 makes him, I suppose my favourite left back. Ha. O’Reilly and Gvardiol will probably be changing that soon but thought I’d add someone from my youth.

(Change of plan. Phelans gone. Can’t leave SWP out. I’m going 3-5-2).
