I'd never been to Burnley before,and as a second division team I'd just being used to taking over grounds and towns with huge blue support as it was ,back in the day...Id gone with the supporters club,got there early ,and were in the ground on the side terrace waiting for kick off....Sunday game
We were starting our chants ,on the terrace which looked like the kippax.......down one side
Burnley were having none of it...they threw back
" "Fuck off City Fuck off City Fuck off City !!

It was the first time I'd heard away fans tell us to fuck off.it was a moment.
It was loud.they meant it..... Respect to Burnley defending their own turf!
