Breaded Buffalo Chicken on Pretzel roll…

A good German liverwurst with lettuce, red onion and a little German mustard on either Rye or sourdough is hard to beat
 
I really like it with lightly toasted sourdough
I tend to prefer Granary bread.
We actually use streaky (american style) bacon for a change. Sadly, most people here only experience BLT's that come prepacked.
By then the lettuce and tomato have saturated the bread, and the taste has faded.
Fresh is best!

Bacon should be hot or warm at least, like you said made to order. Should look like this
