Why is it that when you get a kebab when you are sober they taste only just ok but when you are pissed they are like nectar. The shops must change the recipe half way through the evening.

I used to enjoy a curry from Zam Zams in Middleton until someone told me the buckets used to hold the food were being used as a toilet. This could all be fabrication but it was shut down for a while and I got my fix from Rhodes Tandoori instead which was quite simply epic.

I used to walk past about 5am on a Sun morning after a Sat night in town to see mice in the windows running all over the salads no surprise it shut down. Must say since it's re open it is very nice.
