Great track and the drumming not bad!
If you look at more clips from Youtube you will see that they started out at school at 13/14 years of age.I was looking for an old clip of the Kinks who did this song years ago and I stumbled on this young band.
Even an old fart of near on 65 can appreciate superb blues numbers, but then again I am biased and love blues anyway.
Young mod band very popular with us old farts and sticking to Original sounds of sixties early seventies that they heard through their parents Small faces etc keep the faith bluesOutstanding Oakie, it is refreshing indeed to see a teenage rock/blues band belting it out like these lads, a welcome change from the screaming wailing balladised shite that is aped ad nauseum by the so called new 'talent' on X factor.
I've never heard of them but will now keep an eye and ear open in future.
Indeed, I've been watching these Irish lads on youtube, and without a doubt, they're a brilliant band; driving R&B and Rock,Young mod band very popular with us old farts and sticking to Original sounds of sixties early seventies that they heard through their parents Small faces etc keep the faith blues
Stevie Wonder was a master at it for me(so many of his tracks have some nice solos with that instrument):
This one is great for me:
He forgot "Fingertips" by Stevie W. Seeing he was only 12 years of age at the time he wasn`t bad at using the harmonica. Are you any good at downloading mate onto here mate,if so can you do me a favour and lets listen to a Young Stevie Wonder ?Great shout. Both songs
