bernardo motm, destroyed the first half as we clearly forced our game at the right wing. aguero, walker and gundo were great, ederson very good and the rest decent/good.

Was hoping to see Foden once it become 4-0 but maybe Pep wanted Sane & Silva to gain some match fitness.

Strange game, some fantastic performances and some pretty woeful ones, but in the end a fantastic win. Bernardo Motm for me with Gundogan not far behind, they ran them ragged.

on the point of ragged, jesus our defence. Kompany was dead in the water as soon as they hit even the simplest ball over the top, while Fabian Delph spent the entire game getting dribbled past and giving the ball away. Luckily Ederson seemed to terrify their attackers into fucking everything up. Nico not a whole lot better either but at least wasn't constantly out of position of having people run straight past him like the others.

Great result and great to get some minutes in the returning players legs as Sane, Silva and Delph all looked incredibly rusty.

To be fair, that is arguably a more impressive result than ours (at least considering expectations based on how all the teams are performing this season).

Never out of second gear, sloppy at times and we could have had ten. They beat u nited in the group stages.

Worth watching for Bernie's touch out of the sky. Majestic. What a skillful lad he is.

Some one needs to make a GIF of that last one when he was stood six inches from the touch line, watches the ball falling from 50 meters high, and stops it under his foot with quite literally ZERO bounce or bauble.

Did a great job apart from some bizarre early central defending.

Gundogan seems to be really suited to this european lark. Great game.

Great to see Sané back. Obviously not fit but will be soon.

City actually look as if they are warming up, like early season again, just about to hit form.

Spot on with the last bit,was thinking that myself,it’s as if we have been on auto pilot in certain games in the league and cups up to the start of the champions league again..
