Probably my favourite 11 right now. More of a 'control' team as opposed to the last couple of line-ups.

It's the classic CL team where we need to keep the ball against better teams. Copenhagen is a warm-up for the rest of the competition where we will face the top sides.

Exactly as predicted. Going for complete control away from home and will settle for a draw if needs be and trust us to get it done at home. Not sure we need to be that pragmatic in truth, I think we could kill it here but it's the approach that eon us the thing last season so don't expect pep to deviate from that.

That team isn’t pragmatic imo, it’s extremely balanced and has strengths all over the pitch.
There’s not a chance we are looking to settle with a draw.

Strong line up. I'm liking that back four, and the Phil/Bernie/Kev trio in midfield. Probably the right call to have Jack in there, for the extra control he's likely to offer, particularly in away games. Go get 'em lads.

Yeah, I don’t see it as pragmatic at all. Just our best team / system as per the back end of last season, with Foden for Gundogan.
Be interesting to see whether Bernardo plays centrally or whether, with Stones stepping in alongside Rodri, we might see Foden and De Bruyne together.
