FC United Thread

I'd agree unless it's them or a few other selected teams.

You have to put everything to one side here. Numerous FC United fans oppose the gentrification of football and wanted to set up a club they could afford to attend. If they want to charge £9 then they should be able to. The FA are forcing them to put the price up and this is awful. The club are going to hand out £1 vouchers for money off food and drink inside the ground to help rectify the situation.

Do these cunts ever stop moaning, now pissed off they are selected for monday night fa cup game and dictating to the beeb they are only willing to play friday or sat. I personally don't like monday games either, but it seems every week they find something they don't like

It's BT isn't it? And the cable TV provider always chase the advertising.

Bunch of typical right on lefties, always moaning and complaining about something. Never their fault always someone else's, could be mistaken for Scousers.

can you not equate this bunch of cunts with left wing politics please.
they are just cunts not lefties, right on or otherwise

I wasn't aware clubs couldn't reject TV coverage if it didn't suit them. Friday night would've been better as many don't have work the next day.

But them's the rules mate - everyone associated with the running of FC SCUM would've been fully aware of this so to start moaning about it now is a bit rich. Same with the moving of the fixture to a Monday evening - yes, Monday nights are absolutely shite for football but again they would've been aware of this.

If they're seriously as principled as they claim to be, they could've refused to enter the competition altogether but we all know that they'd never do that in a million years because they'd lose a fuck ton of money - not that they'd ever admit to that when pontificating to the rest of us from their mythical moral high ground because they'd have us believe that theirs is a not-for-profit project and the money is unimportant to them which is complete and utter horse shit.

On another note, I find it piss funny that when City are at home on a Saturday those cunts can't play a home game on the same day.

Yeah friday would be better, they knew that monday was one of the allotted days and don't see why exceptions should be made for them as they wish. Ask a lot of non league fans they would be happy to take the slot and the extra tv cash, usual attention seeking look at us, were important bollocks from them

The ticket price bit is wrong you should charge what you want

Happy to benefit from blanket media coverage that other non-league clubs can only dream of - but don't try and put them on TV.
