if being a football fan and supporting your club was that easy (Demanding Glory)

No Guarantees of success, 90-odd other clubs fans go week in, week out, home and away to watch their club play.
That is what Football means to them, loyal supporters who never ask for success, all they ask just give it your best and win lose or draw we will be back next week,

History, They all have their own little ups and downs and it is not always built not on glory, If you need Glory being a football fan then sorry you will never understand what football means to people

Absolute embarrassment of a football club! I know some good lads who watch these week in week out for some reason. I think that reason is they can drink on the terraces and it's cheap to get in. Most,if not all of them hadn't been near the big shit hole for over 20 years when these rocked up in Moston(some never at all) It's just an excuse to get away from the Mrs and have a piss up with the lads. I heard somewhere that they owe the council 4.5 million which I'm led to believe was embezzled(allegedly) by the then owner Andy Walker. Now, how long will it be before Manchester Council want their money back and how long before the police start poking their noses in ? Is it because they've got Utd in their name and play in red that neither have happened yet ? Puzzling.

Andy Walsh was the General Manager, Andy Walker was the communications manager (whatever that entailed) and a mate of Andy Walsh's - a Middlesbrough fan too.
Allegedly.both were on £30K plus a year.
How many teams in the lower echelons of non league football have a GM on £30K a year nevermind a bloody communications manager on the same pay!

Poor bastards had to postpone yesterday's game at home to Radcliffe late in the day.
That's 2 out of the last 3 home games.called off.
They have announced you can buy a "virtual ticket" for the game to help the club keep going....
If anyone wants further details, contact Manchester city council and ask how your direct donation can reduce the debt these fuckers owe MCC / taxpayers.

Rather glad that game was postponed as I was at our game and wasn't able to attend. So long as the rearranged fixture doesn't clash with our game my son and his 3 mates and I will be able to cheer on Radcliffe. Hopefully the same result as the earlier in the
season at Radcliffe's ground.
