As we are derailing this fred I knew a lovely lady. She was veggie and a great cook.And is it vegetarian gravy?
She used to do an absolutely gorgeous Sunday Roast and then using all the juice ? made superb gravy.
We'd all sit round the table with all the plates piled high with roast beef except of course, hers.
She would then proceed to cover all her veggies in the gravy :-)
