I once helped @wearethesouthstand put up some furniture at his house. He made the effort and made me a nice veggie meal as a reward - and then poured beef gravy all over it…..As we are derailing this fred I knew a lovely lady. She was veggie and a great cook.
She used to do an absolutely gorgeous Sunday Roast and then using all the juice ? made superb gravy.
We'd all sit round the table with all the plates piled high with roast beef except of course, hers.
She would then proceed to cover all her veggies in the gravy :-)
