They were just saying that the wind is blowing him off to the east and slowing down his ascension rate.

How? The Guardian link is the live official YouTube video.........If you go to the YouTube link, it also shows all the telemetry data which you don't get on some links.

This is a stupid question but how do they know where he's going to land? Could he end up in a different country as to where they expect him to land?
