I really do think its time that the officials and or the FA come out and state why descions and bans were made. Because at the moment it's a made to measure punishment system.

At our last RA meeting a very prominent ex ref and assessor said that in his view Halsey should no longer be reffing at this level as he was no longer applying the laws of the game. He said it was Halsey's law. Pointed out at least 3 blatant red card offences when Halsey didn't even issue a card at all. One involved a City game where Tevez was brought down and the defender was last man. Hang your whistle up, Mark.
If he did see them he should have seen the head butt (or one of the other three officials should have) - therefore a shite referee as well as a liar.
Pity it wasn't televised as then Jamie (whiter than white) Redknapp could have relayed what had happened down to the fourth official so that the officiating team could have had time to fabricate their evidence immediately after the match as in the case of Balotelli v Parker.
Regarding ballo,s case and this one I'm wondering where the he should be deported brigade are on talkshite and sky, fkn hypocrites the lot if them, also what Rooney did at Wigan was just as bad as what those two lads did and you get crappie burg putting a friendly arm around him, for me it deems that who is in the corridors of the fa to the fate of the perpetrator.
