I think Fergie will put out a strong side on tuesday, they've only got Hull on saturday so there is no need for him to rest players .
He might rest players for the 2nd leg though as they've got Arsenal away a few days later.

That is exactly what he will do - if he can put his best team out with a view to drawing or trying to sneak one they will fancy themselves at the swamp.
