Could this simply be a case of needing to move an overseas player out and getting a homegrown one in (Delph). Don't want this to happen particularly but this is our Achilles heel with being top heavy on overseas players.

It isn't a good deal IMO, he's settled, knows the club and his teammate - a replacement may take time to settle and in such a key position we may not get away without it costing us points. Besides he's pretty much at his peak now, we should get the best out of him this season.
