Heard that there hoping to test over the coming months, but wont be operational until Xmas at the earliest from a friend that works for Metrolink... What a Joke.....

How much testing do they need.
Tram runs, check
Railway lines ok check
Signals either fucking work or they don't. If they don't get some signal boxes built with some manual levers and proper signals check.
Give it all the green light (well they would if they worked I suppose)

To encourage peopel to us public transport to and from games, many German clubs include the cost of travel from the city centre to the stadium and back as part of the ticket price.
Now that's something we should look at, IMHO.
