Few unhappy fans at the ground today ref tickets for CS

Made a trip over from North Yorkshire to the Ticket Office today, there was a steady cue of people 'approx 25' at 11:30am, came back at 3pm to renew 4 City Cards for the new ones and still there was about 30 in a cue.

They must have shifted a few tickets today, they were only selling £35tickets today so maybe those are the only ones left, but there were a lot of fans complaining their tickets hadn't arrived then were told they would have to collect them from the Box Office at Wembley.

One guy was going mad as he had ordered them on the 2nd day of sales and was going to London tonight and was only calling at the TO on the way to get copies, when told he had to go to Wembley to collect them he was well pis@ed off to say the least.

Anyone had the same problems.

to be honest this used to happen at maine road sometimes, but tickets were always at office before the game

Yes i`ve had same problem as well as plenty of others, and I have been at work all day and unable to go down to the ground, i`m on the train early tomorrow so no chance of getting to OUR ticket office, i`ve spent hours on the phone all week trying to locate my tickets, the royal mail tracker kept telling me they`d be with me SOON, but nope, I have no tickets, so now I have to travel all the way to London then go to Wembley and i`m not holding my breath and hope they will issue me 2 duplicates... If anyone has received extra tickets for level 5 block 551 row 32 please let me know QUICKLY, I have a train to catch.

Have City arranged for duplicates to be available, otherwise I doubt Wembley will just issue them. You'll need a purchase reference from your original order too.

Yes I have tracked it and for 2 days its said they will be here before 1 pm if not already delivered.

after numerous emails and phone calls i got a replacement ticket this afternoon from the ticket office.
the customer service team at city are faultless its the ticket office staff and the new company they are using from nottingham who are terrible at their jobs.
