They have changed the ticketing system, hopefully these are bumps to a better road. But outsourcing more often than not doesn't give the same level of service as direct from the business they represent.

I'll let you all into an ickle secret....the club will be rolling out a system soon where you can buy tickets direct from a high street retailer which will remain nameless.

I can't say anymore as I'll get into bother but may help people buy tickets in a better way than the agency, especially nationwide.
