Funny that because we have a fairly good connection with Feyenoord. I think it sprung from Paul Bosvelt coming to play for us. There have been a few City lads go over and watch Feyenoord games with some of their lads. Also I have an account on <a class="postlink" href="http://feyenoord.netwerk.to/forums/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://feyenoord.netwerk.to/forums/</a> from when Guidetti was playing for them and they seemed to like us (and Sunderland).

We held up a Feyenoord shirt towards Ajax fans (not the classiest of moves) at our ground last season which Feyenoord fans loved! When we had a few skirmishes with Ajax away last season, there are lots of positive City&Feyenoord posts on videos of them on YouTube.

Goes way further than that. We played them pre season 94/95 when larsson just signed for them.
 
As others have said a large proportion of Feyenoord actually view city as a "second team" I must have about 20 of them follow me on twitter.

Met loads in Amsterdam and had a good laugh with them
 
That is what football is all about. The community and ability to come together in adversity. Great tribute that to a regular bloke. Such tragic circumstances, hard to come to terms with things like that happening.
 
Yep, welling up here at work. Wonderful touch by their fans. Very moving.
 
It was great to see his club Feyenoord and the fans making it a very special day for him in his last days, good on Feyenoord and their fans.............
 
Yes that is quality by Feyenoord. A lot of their fans support city as well

Indeed, even in context, being anti-Semitic in response to Ajax's 'Jewishness' (which they aren't very Jewish - it's an image thing, and they're just as bad) is still pretty twatty. He's probably heard of one or two who might, for whatever reason, not like city so they're all pricks now in his eyes, and he's chosen a thread about a guy dying of cancer to air his view. They must be be massive pricks to do that for a mere fan, but if they didn't hate us before I'm sure they will after reading this.

I'm sure it was mcfcbezz who said how sound the feyenoord fans are and had a trip lined up to go over.

Quality gesture from the feyenoord fans very emotional video but they made his last visit to de kuip one to never forget for rooie n his family. Rip

N yeah i have some good mates who follow feyenoord home n away really top guys and they love city.. and are coming over here for a game n a couple of us are goin over there.
