Not only is it crazy with a high line at 3 up but why on earth are we keeping our only striker on when we have Liverpool at weekend ????? Surely take him off get another midfielder on & control it
 
Professional game management. That's all that was required. Slow the game down and play keep ball. Make the last 20 minutes boring as hell.

Seriously if I watched a suburban game and that happened, it would be embarrassing.

I would say this. If Ruben was out there in the last twenty we would not have imploded.

He is a huge part of the problem - he sees so much of the ball but doesnt use it well...he cant tackle, head a ball, make a creative pass, recover when the play goes past him...yes he is good in tight spaces but he doesnt have a clue what to do once he gets into space.

I’m not a conspiracy theorist by any stretch of the imagination, but there’s something deeply wrong with that team.

The demeanour of the players has been off for a while now, and the way we just folded tonight against what is a really, really poor team doesn’t look right to me.

Senior players going missing, a complete absence of any structure or discipline. Confidence and fitness might explain some of it but i simply can’t believe how a team as talented as ours can turn into that.
