Pep and Begiristain are both to be plamed for the current situation. They let the team age and rely on one or two players without adequate covering or replacement plan.Add to that the fact is that Pep is stubborn and continues to use some players who are not good enough to perform and represent City level.

I have wondered if that is why Txixi is leaving.

The last couple of years in dealings have been disastrous.

I’d rather sell the entire squad and start a fresh with 30 new players with Pep still the manager, than get rid of him.

It’s the players who are fucking shit, not Pep. They’re the ones playing. We’ve created and missed enough chances to win half a season of games in the last six games (85 shots and 7 goals and no wins, to about 35 shots for the opposition yet 17 goals conceded and 5 defeats and a draw).

Like he always says ‘it’s the players who win the games and win the trophies’, much like it’s all on them to capitulate at 3-0 up with 14 minutes remaining. He’s just on the touchline.

At the end of the day the buck stops with the manager. Always has and always will. No club can have a complete turnover of playing staff in the manner you've suggested. Pep is the highest paid manager in the world but when Feyenoord scored their 1st goal tonight, his reaction was pathetic.

Its the playbook from Bournemouth. Brighton, Spurs have followed it in League play. Its almost comical that we are not changing our type of play. Its obvious that something needs to happen fast.
