If I was Pep he needs to sit down with Kev and say I know you are not totally right but I need you big time. Please forget all the voting crap you will be skipper for this one and you can play a little deeper to control the tempo of the game. You will not be stuck on the right wing you will affect everything we try to do and release Erling quicker. He looked ok today and a 60% Kev is a world better than having Rico or Gundo in that position (today neither created a single chance)

The time for 3 yard rondos in the middle and 70% possession while Erling runs and stops, runs and stops can be put on the back burner, we are going to play faster and not overthink it.
