any fans of opposing clubs who cant wait for fair play obviously dont understand what its about

overnight it will prevent most other teams from ever joining the elite, it more or less prohibits investment in players unless youre already one of the big boys

it is designed to protect the elite and is about as unfair as you could get

This is spot on. It's a ploy by the top G14 clubs to lock in their elite status. Once FFP comes in there can never be a club to challenge the elite because no-one can ever put money in to a chelski or Abu-Daubi City. They would be limited to their current size and the only way they can ever grow is by increasing turnover and how likely is that without any investment first?

I'm surprised they are wearing it.

I feel most fans could eventually fall out of love with the game due to these rules. I cringe every time someone refers to them as the ffpr..fair play???...furthest you can be from that

There's something else we can do which is almost always overlooked as people think it would break the rules...but it doesn't. If and when turnover exceeds costs we can play our joker. If we are making a profit we can use that same money to pay off the interest on a big loan.

Why on earth would we take on debt if we were profitable? What would be the point?

Make UEFA and FIFA "Fair play" and transparent and get rid of the hangers-on.... then Financial Fair Play may work. Not until.
