Can you be transfered in be a pro and can you play cups and european competitions now unlike in 09?

I was going to get this game for PC.
But then EA refused to bother putting any effort into the PC release.
I'm not paying £30 for a port of a PS2 game.
Their excuses are bollocks too, my computer can run games better than the current consoles.
Could be worse, could be Madden where they hold the exclusive rights but flat out refuse to release a PC version.
