How do I change my Firewall status on Fifa 12/my xbox?

It's restrictive at the moment and online play is impossible

Not much movement on games so far boys which to be fair with it being bank holiday weekend is pretty much to be expected. I've added the lads in my group on live so whenever any of you fancy playing our games either message me on here or on there.
