Stillsy over the last couple of nights I admit I have lost myself somewhat, lots of binge drinking (thanks to knocking around with michael johnson) and lots of gambling (knocking around with long time friend mathew etherington) I was that ashamed of myself last night I tried to hide my identity and I transformed myself into 'Choc Ice' a little black 5'2" choc ice with a bleach blonde pony tail.
I have hit rock bottom, I have spent the whole day in rehab with ricky hatton and noel gallagher who have convinced me to just be myself, show the world just how good I can be.
Tonight people, your going to see. Stillsy.

Also it's hard to play clubs with players who aren't in my league ;)
