I know I'm probably the minority but I love fifa for the career mode online bores me, it's not that I'm not good at it I was in division 1 on 13 but it just gets too boring EA are fucking lazy though they could just add so many small things to make it better! I tend to only use players with real faces which annoys me because Aguero and Negredo look terrible and Jovetic and Nastasic are generic faces, also just little things like the fact Ozil and Torres still have long hair? The player creation hasn't changed for 3years + and After 1 year in every career mode Madrid sign Suarez Aguero and Rooney! If I knew how to get all the licensed stuff on Pes for Xbox I'd buy that at least it has a variety or game modes, tbh though I'm now just waiting to get a new laptop and sticking to football manager

I'm on my 5th season on FIFA13 but have never been offered another club job. If I start with a shit club on this or 14, can you apply for other jobs during your career?

I'm more disappointed by the removal of all fun from the game. It's shite.

I don't enjoy it so I mustn't be very good at it? Don't judge others on your own standards, some people aren't children and therefore have the mental capacity to enjoy things that they aren't necessarily brilliant at. Before I put the festering pile of poo on ebay, I was about as successful at it as I was on FIFA 13. So no I wasn't brilliant but I wasn't terrible either. But despite being no more successful on 13, I very much enjoy that game.

I suppose it's all down to preferences but I haven't enjoyed a career mode as much as I have on this. I've always found the game too easy once momentum kicked in but this has been unpredictable.

My point remains though, if your shite it won't be fun. EA introduced compulsory tactical defending, bad players can't use this. Maybe I've got it wrong with yourself but a lot of whiners are people that hate the game because they lose.<br /><br />-- Sun Dec 08, 2013 1:32 am --<br /><br />

Swapped from 360 to Sony? Enjoy PSN :), there's a reason nobody has done a review on XBL and PSN. Its exactly the same, PSN will continue to disappoint.

After the intial cock-ups by Microsoft, I had no choice but to switch. Just setting it up now.

This is spot on, Madden is EA's flagship title the difference in graphics and detail from madden to fifa is huge

I am with you on this, there's something Football Manageresque about career mode. I can play it forever, in fact I am still on FIFA 13 because I've got a cracking season going with Sheffield United.

I do agree with EA getting lazy with their engine and it's unrealistic. Kevin Mirallas is currently 86 and is scoring 35 a seaosn on World Class, that's just not right.

Yes you can on 13, iif you go onto browse jobs it should bring up those that are available, keep checking it because they will change during the season. Near to the end of the season the better jobs become available, City was one up for grabs in my Sampdoria profile.
