In the word of Jason Manford, sometimes this shit just writes itself.

I've broke the latest FIFA 13 disk, 5 Xbox Controllers and cracked a Laptop screen which I've never got round to repairing. Still worth it though.

I used to take it out on my door, which is just a bunch of wood splinters held together by paint now as even though I punched it hard and often enough to break almost all the wood inside, the paint stayed intact somehow... If you touch it you can hear all the broken bits inside crinkling lol

FIFA 13 fans hit out at 'rushed' game as freezes and server problems plague world's best selling sports title Publisher claims problems are 'being addressed' £40 game even investigated by BBC Watchdog programme following complaints from users

It is the world's best selling sports computer game, and has sold over 4.5 million copies worldwide.

However, FIFA 13, published by Electronic Arts, has also been plagued by complaints.

Users have found problems with the games online mode, taking to internet forums in their thousands to complain.

The FIFA 13 game features real players and team, and is the bestselling sports game in history.

Forums reveal players complaining about games freezing, losing connections and bugs.

The problem was so bad, even the BBC's Watchdog programme investigated it.

Fans went online to report multiple issues, including problems relating to connection stability during matchmaking in one mode, problems with teams, and disconnections while purchasing FIFA Points, which allow users to buy (with real money) points to be used in the game.

One online user, known as Rittings, said the game was virtually unplayable, and claimed to have suffered constant crashes.

'Its not just now and then... its all the friggin time,' he wrote.

'I've logged the amount of crashes since the day I started - its now over 30 times.'

Users have also turned on EA, who make the game.

'Is this game rushed for the release and that you people from EA don't care if there are still many bugs in it because we buy it anyway!?' another user said.

However EA, refused to even acknowledge the individual bugs.

“We're very pleased with the incredible enthusiasm players have shown for FIFA 13 in its first days of availability,' it told MailOnline.

'We’re constantly listening to our fans and taking their valuable feedback on the game.

'We continue to improve the game and address issues so all players have a good experience with FIFA 13.'
The game has attracted hundreds of complaints after online issues plagued users.

Experts say many of the problems are due to the game's popularity.

'It's a big deal - they have sold so many copies that the sheer number of people trying to play - and most at the same time - is putting a big strain on their servers,' said Tom Wiggins of Stuff magazine.

'When you are spending over £40 on a game you expect it to work - and for FIFA the online side of the game is massive.'

Despite the flaws, September 30, 2012 was the busiest day for online gaming for a single title in EA's history.

The firm said 800,000 fans played FIFA 13 simultaneously.

Overall, the online server have logged more than 66 million online game sessions have already been played, representing 600 million minutes of online play time.
