FIFA Women's World Cup 2023

He’s entitled to his opinion how come we can say the rags dippers etc are shite and everyone agrees as soon as you mention women it’s met with sarcasm, you enjoy watching it I for one won’t be

I just think it's somewhat petty and really low hanging fruit to compare womens and mens football and point out the obvious factor that yes mens footballer is a higher standard.....

Honestly, I just don't really know where to start with this, but if you can't see the difference in the examples you mentioned then what's the point trying.

So...

"Cheers, the rest of us will continue watching it and enjoying it."

in nigeria game (ok it was a weekday) there were only 20-30 guys watching.
yesterday it was good.... it will be better in semis.. '''PEOPLE WILL COME RAY, people will most def come( field of dreams)

Yes. I came to my thoughts about her through a personal interaction between her and my, at the time, 8 year old daughter.

Some of them are definitely better with the kids than others.

For those unaware, at the end of home matches usually a few of the City players come and sign autographs for kids at the edge of the pitch. I'm not sure if they all take turns, but I've took my kids there a few times and some players were there regularly while we didnt see others at all.

Last season we queued to meet Yui Hasegawa who had been left to meet everyone on her own, nobody else came across, which seemed poor tbh. There always used to be 4 or 5 of them. We're big Yui fans now though!

Stanway and Beckie were two of the best. I don't recall seeing Greenwood there ever, but I have missed a lot of matches.

A bit more than that but yeah, just small gestures means a lot to their young fans.

I understand maybe a player has a bad day or something bothering them mentally of which we know nothing about because it's personal to them. I understand I'm not famous and I don't have strangers wanting a piece of my time everywhere I go but you'd think thirty minutes after a match twice a season maybe would not be too difficult.

It makes me happy, that Yui takes time to meet the kids who come to watch her, and the rest of the team, play.
