England's subs make little sense to me. Yes, bring on Kelly & James but why take off both of your natural goalscorers when you're chasing the game? Especially when leaving Toone on the pitch. Leave Russo or Daly to play centre forward, move Hemp out to the left and Kelly on the right with James in behind. Makes more sense to me.
