You have to look back at the OP and laugh. "I've been there and it was good. Give 'em the World Cup!"

Well I go to Wales 5 or 6 times a year and love Prestatyn but don't really think that Bastion Gardens should be re-developed to be able to host a World Cup quarter final.

Increasing the amount of teams in the World cup Finals from 32 up to 48.
Introduction of replays
Sin Bins for players guilty of unsporting behaviour.
Restoring the old offside rule.

Increasing the number of teams in the world cup finals will drag the tournament out even longer of which none of those additional teams will have any chance of winning it.

Introduction of replays will slow the game down & still on occasions it's not conclusive.

Sin bins I do think is a good idea. Would cut out a lot of cheating.

Restoring the old off side rule is taking a step backwards. It's not the answer but the current rule does need clarifying on some areas.

Replays would slow the game down,but WOULD be MORE conclusive if the officials could look again.
Don't agree with sin bins personally,again a replay would show any untoward and simply send the **** off.
Offside should just be offside IMO,interfering with play or not,for me that's the only way we will get any consistecy.Everyones interpretation of interfering with play varies......... As the one involving shrek proved the other night.

When I was a junior at Farul Constanta I witnessed how UEFA (UEFA/FIFA - the same corrupt org for me) works. It was a game against steaua Bucharest: it was half time (0:0) when Gigi Becali(the owner of steaua) and a 2nd man (I found out later that he was supervisor for UEFA) entered the locker room and presented a bag full of money for Farul players. It finished 0-2. This is what i witnessed with my own eyes, stories I`ve heard a thousand.
