help needed.

im new to ultimate team,but thought i would buy fifa points,so bought,or put i my wallet £10,went to buy the pck for £3.99 it thanked my for my money then got interupted,the money was taken but no points,i then bought the 99p again it took the money this time i got the pack,so being a clever lad i bought another £3.99 pack it took the money thanked me got interupted and no points,sorry to repeat myself but wanted people to know exactly what i did,
so again i bought the 99p packad everything was ok.

what can i do ?,will i get the points back ?

p.s. loving the ultimate team,except for this little problem,£10 is not going to break the bank,but its put me right off the fifa points thing.

Personally i wouldnt buy points, it takes away the challenge of earning coins in match play and building a team. FUT (Fifa Ultimate Team) and fifa in general has been having problems since it come out. It has been down for maintenance for the past day, everybody has been having problems, so maybe thats the reason?

as ive said im new to ut so ive been trying everything on it,thats the reason i bought the points,i wont but any more though.

What was the reason for not completing your final game?

The guy I was playing was on a stag doo at the weekend and the time he could play I could only sneak one quick game in before I had work

already committed to a stag party over weekend. sorry.

Ye seems to get to 15 mins then disconnect each time, was 1 nil up the other night too mate, 6 pointers then ;)

Don't get giddy, we still only played two lots of 15 minutes.
