I have been offered two tickets for the final at 115 a ticket (face value) but due to unforeseen events i can no longer afford my ticket!! Is it totally out of order to sell the other ticket for 230 quid so i can get my ticket as well?

Youd get your hand ripped off for £230.

The other ticket is the second ticket, i have been offered two but only require one for myself! hope that makes sense

He's getting the 2 and selling 1 for £230 so it pays for both = his free.

If he has two tickets at £115 and can sell one for £230, he goes free.. on his own. Then, presumably, has to sit next to the guy who has, in effect, bought his ticket

Right got you. I presumed he was taking someone as he had 2.
