Financial Results

Pretty sure they don't have to give much information out these days though with the new owners and all that. I think City's financial year used to end in May, so what limited information you might get you'll still be waiting a while for yet.

It dosen't matter the accounts can be viewed at Company's House in London for a fee. All business's have to lodge them at Company's House whether they are in private hands or a public company which is quoted on the Stock Exchange.

We set up an entire site specifically for it last season, trust me they give out plenty of information.

Anyone know why we're a bit behind other teams?
We don't have to file accounts as a private company until 10 months after year end (I think) so that's March next year. As a public company it was 6 months and they waited until the last possible moment.

However the club do it as soon as they can, once the auditors & directors have signed the accounts off. They don't have to release them publicly although they do have to file at Companies House from where you can download them for £1.

But kudos to the club for putting them on the OS so everyone can see them.
