First ever City game

Mine was:

http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/History/ ... px?id=3642

Somehow we managed to beat the all-conquering Liverpool side of the 80s, not quite sure how mind you. To say 1-0 flattered us would be an understatement.

This is the first I can remember. As it's an away game I'm pretty sure it wasn't my first but having asked my father, he cannot remember, so officially it's: http://www.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/History/ ... px?id=4128 I'm pretty sure this is the season I had my first City shirt (I still have it but have no photos of me in shirts before this season, or shirts from previous seasons in my size). I reckon this season was likely my first for that reason. So my father waited until I was six/seven to take me to my first game. That's child abuse.

24 March 1973 1-2 home to Arsenal
