First job,first wage.

Not sure of numbers but lot more than that, still get as many as that going to home games, still run trips to every game (home and away)

Yes they did home and away then. The numbers were fairly consistent for both although you could pay on the day of course back then so no need to plan an away with military precision then!

I was a bobbin stripper (not a bobbins stripper) at a mill and my first wage was £63.
I walked into a shop and bought a shirt for £53.
That was in 1980 and I was so traumatised when I realised that I haven't paid that much for a shirt since

Haha, I'll share it later when I have 10 minutes. Must say as well, I apologise for my outbursts after the Champions League games the other day, honestly thought you were just on a wind up. Too many drugs were smoked that night, sorry cocker.[/QUOTE]

No worries. I can't even remember you having a go at all. It didn't stick, I'm a middle aged greeting faced Gkasweguan moaning faced ****. People who live in glass houses cones to mind with me.

Anyway looking forward to your tale. :)
