First visit in Manchester for over 10 years

PS You might find Fallowfield full of Students these days, much better to carry on to Didsbury Village, some good Pubs, Station and Royal Oak in particular
good old boozers. Didsbury Village is also full of Blues.
Station is a rag pub. The Nelson, Fletcher Moss and Royal Oak are blue.

Northern Quarter is the place to be. Lots of good ale and handy to walk up or get a taxi.

the friendship is still a good pub ,but its got to be a all day in town, great atmosphere, and dont forget the christmas markets well worth a visit ,if a bit pricey beer , have a good visit mate,p,s , city square ,if you want a 30 metre walk to the ground ,
