Fixtures Calendar - 2025/26

Disappointing that Spuds game, teatime would've been better.

Suppose it's an opportunity for a breakfast out and a beer in Town afterwards!

12.30pm probably suits some and not others, more harsh on the away fans.

I can't remember losing 1 of these at home, had 1-0 in the PL run in 2019 and a 4-1 when Serg put us 4-0 up under Pelli, and a similar reverse away, plus the 0-0 Hart return game away in 2010.

12.30 suits me fine, or something less selfish. 5.30 against London clubs is a nightmare for those having to share the only train back to Euston with them whatever the result.

Coming from London there’s 4 trains out of Euston that will get you at Piccadilly in time for ko so not that bad really.

Driving from Edinburgh, the 1230 Saturday games are perfect for us. Early starts aren’t a problem with kids, late nights are.

It’s the Friday night, Sunday late and Monday night games that kill us.

Though the 6 of us do represent 0.1% of matchgoers.

First home game so making a day of it
6.10 train down 18.21 back
A few doing the 8.10 back 16.21
Hopefully TPE dont let us down

Agree - Absolutely detest the 12:30 Saturday kick offs.

the worst KO time of all for home games!
Agree with all the above.

Annoys me beyond belief that Dips n Rags are always home, or at least in the North West over festive spell. We have tended to end up with Leicester and Saints - far flung places when public transport at its worst

I haven't got next seasons fixtures in my head, truly haven't but without looking I'd bet we are away at Sunderland/ Newcastle, Brighton or Bournemouth around that time - any of those locations are maximum inconvenience for team and supporters alike imo.

And to reiterate again I absolutely loathe rhat 12.30 ko spot - team are never usually awake ( although I am probably wrong and a statistician will correct me!!) but it ALWAYS feels that way in my memory!!

agreed the 12:30 is very shite in general but the last one (palace) was a cracking match - even the atmosphere was good imo

I gave up on the west coast main line train years ago.

Too many times I had kids sat in luggage racks, standing for hours or stranded at Preston, Lancaster, Lockerbie and the rest.

For those travelling up on the the train from the South, Saturday 23rd is the first day of trains travelling through Stockport for a while after the line is closed most of August... let's hope the Engineering Works are sorted for the Saturday Morning and not over running as the 12.30 start is such a tight squeeze.... hmmmmm

It seems this has been properly thought through... or maybe not ;-)

Will trains still travel from the south to picadilly during the engineering work?
I'm in London for work in middle of August and don't want to get stuck there!
