Fixtures Calendar - 2025/26

Read elsewhere, the window is next week!
So literally the week before? They are selling tickets to match day members from 2pm today which includes any season ticket places not taken up. How does that work if no one on a flexi has said whether they can attend or not?

Chelsea players in the final will not stop running pressing! Bournemouth will also do the same! Something has to give! Pep will either go full strength in the final and hope we can win then have enough for Bournemouth
Ah yes, because Chelsea are well known for their work rate and pressing ability?

We just need to roll our sleeves up and get on with it. The players are currently on a short break to rest and recharge. When they return, it's giving it absolutely everything for four weeks. Six games for a domestic treble. Whilst I'm no professional sportsperson, I'd hope/imagine the goal and reward is clear, and the adrenaline of such would mitigate against the "tiredness" of a run of games being so tightly packed together.

We also need to be clever with our squad. Central defence is pretty stacked so we should be able to rotate without much drop off. Use Rodri and Nico well instead of hoping Rodri will play 90mins every game. Ait-Nouri looks good although a different player to O'Reilly. We could do with Marmoush finding his shooting boots so we're not running Haaland into the ground. Kovacic being back is helpful. Right back worries me the most, we're pretty much reliant on Nunes staying for otherwise we're screwed in that position, and I didn't think I'd be saying that 12/18 months ago!

Before the Cup Final ... Chelsea play their previous game at Anfield on Sat lunchtime ... we then play twice after that (Sat evening against Brentford at home, and Wed night against Palace) ... then also travel down to London on Friday, while for them it's in London itself. Then depending if Arsenal hasn't already lost the league by then, Pep has to think of the Bournemouth A with a two day gap after the Final ... that Final is going to be a hard hard game if Chelsea players turn up. I'd have been more confident if Rosenior was still in charge.

Think we would all take the title even if it means missing out on the FA Cup but not having the final as the last game of the season as it should be screws everything up. Have to go full strength next two games and then see what the state of play is. If Palace have reached the final it isn’t until May 27 so time to rest although they will have played Thursday and Sunday before they play us so maybe they will rest a few. But if Arse have dropped points against Fulham and West Ham then surely we have to put our best 11 out. Conversely if we have dropped points against Everton and Brentford and the league has gone then we play a reserve side v palace and go full strength in the final.
Exactly. We play one game at a time and see what the situation is after the final whistle. It's all one can do really as sometimes it all comes down the last kick of a long season.

Again, just to temper some of the I'll feeling towards this, which is understandable:

Our current back 4 is O'Reilly, Guehi, Khus, Nunes.

A changed side for the FA Cup or one of the league games could include Ake, Dias, Stones.

In midfield, Nico or Kovacic.

We have plenty of good quality options, many with experience of coping with the pressure we are now under. It's not like we will be reliant on players who don't know what it takes today deliver at this time of the season.

Once again we've basically been shafted. Quite obvious the PL and FA want a red ribbon PL trophy and royal blue ribbonned FA Cup.

It absolutely stinks. But is to be expected.

You can really see now how some of the head scratching referee decisions/var checks that have not gone our away (ie Duku at OT, the Semenyo goal at Newcastle etc) lead all the way back to the cnuts who run the game.
We never get any request granted, help or positivity from the Premier League, just "fuck you city".
Don't think it will ever change either as it seems set in football folklore now that we are the bad eggs and that's just how Premier league likes it.

Yeah not before Rosinor was sacked! There semi final Chelsea ran put more miles in for months! You think Chelsea players won’t run press in a Final?

I just don't think we can guess which version of Chelsea will turn up as they have an identity crisis regardless of who will be manager on the day, and players who decide when/where to turn it on, or have a sulk.

Worry about ourselves. Turn up with a strong team, perform, and we'll win.

If we don't like the fixtures can we not just plant a fake bomb in the toilets
It Worked for another team
