Flags larger than 2ft x 1ft will not be allowed into the Theatre of Debt on Saturday following orders from GMP.

I can only assume to avoid "Police Victimisation" of blues, they will be asking for the removal of flags and banners across the Stretford End?

Edit: It was the third tweet down but they keep updating the feed and trying to make me look stupid.

Im assuming it is being done so as not to upset any of the home counties darlings but id wager the real reason is just out of spite to the average football fan who is an easy target for old Bill that are lazy, cant be arsed to do any real policing these days and see football as a great day out with lots of overtime and lots of opportunities to bully people around with their mates.
